The manor house Boskovice

The bachelor's thesis is based on studio project created in the summer semester of the second year of undergraduate studies. The task was the renewal solutions and new use of the building with a loft, currently unused, the building of the Manor house in Boskovice. Manor house is located in a conservation area near the center of Boskovice, district Blansko. This historically protected building complex of farm Boskovice castle is a valuable urban property. After a fire in 1823 was rebuilt, but its appearance has remained virtually unchanged. The biggest change has passed the east wing, which was built a new roof, and arcades were walled up. Currently, the building unused and falling into disrepair. The courtyard is overgrown gas distributor greenery and paved areas are in a state of devastation. The aim was to restore the place of its historical value and use of the building to the public for recreation and leisure activities. In its current form and historically valuable buildings renaissance details will not be interfered with in any way, and nothing will be demolished, but in the context of the return of state in historical terms, it is about restoring monuments. Outbuildings were designed with understated approach so as to not disrupt the architectural structures countenance, but they gave him a new modern concept. The material on these new features is the corroded steel. It was a merger of the two approaches to architecture in a different century. The building consists of a deck above the newly exploited attic for accommodation and part of the basement is also three separate cellars. Existing structures will be redeveloped. Construction work will be carried out mainly in the context of treatment available, change sanitary rooms, new loft conversion and conversion use. Urban design of waterfront in Třebíč

Thesis is concerning urbanistic treatment of Jihlava river embankment in the city of Třebíč. Tries to find cause for urban non-functionality of the area within local and wider context to its surroundings. Offers possible solution for rehabilitation of the urbanistic function of the embankment, including putting the embankment into role of important passageway, improving its bounds to the surroundings and active role in city's everyday life.
Static provision of castle in city Drnovice

The goal of the project is a static provision design of Drnovice castle. This castle (today a municipal office and a restaurant) is violated by vertical cracks. There is a significant horizontal displacement vector. That’s why horizontal prestress redevelopment (using prestressed cables) was chosen. A drawing documentation is an integral part of the project.
Study of rehabilitation of the sewer network of selected parts urbanized area

The aim of the diploma thesis was the elaboration of a study of the rehabilitation of the sewerage network in the part of the town of Znojmo. The work is conceived in the form of accompanying and technical reports. The accompanying report contains a brief description of the interest site, basic information about the sewerage system operator and land data. The technical report contains a description of the individual segments of the sewer network, supplemented by photo documentation of the selected faults located on the selected sections. In addition, the evaluation of the structural state of the sub-sections is carried out here. The following subchapter draws up two hydraulic models and their modifications after the recovery of the sewer system. Another part of the technical report describes possible options for remediation technologies. The last part deals with the conclusions and recommendations for the sewer network operator including a briefly outlined economic page in the selection of remediation technology.
Chrudim Station Redevelopment

The subject of the diploma thesis is to design a redevelopment of railway station Chrudim in order to meet current legislation on access of persons with reduced mobility. Two platforms with the platform edge height of 550 millimetres above the top of the rail have been designed. The amount of four running tracks through the station remains unchanged. Furthermore, the railway superstructure, railway substructure and the new drainage system was also designed.
The study of selected sewer network in an urbanized catchment

This paper deals the case study of the chosen sewer system in the village Starý Mateřov. The study solves passportization of sewer, what is the base for creating technical condition mainly for three selected sections. According to the results from the technical conditions of the three selected sections were suggested suitable options of redevelopment. The options are compared in financial way. The last chapter suggests two possibilities how to deal with the sewage. The first option consists of the transferring waste water to the waste water treatment plant in Pardubice - Semtín. The second option suggests building a new waste water treatment plant in Starý Mateřov. The options are compared in financial way.
DURABILITY AND MAINTENANCE OF EXTERNAL THERMAL INSULATION COMPOSITE SYSTEMS

External thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) is a widespread method appearance of the facades of existing and new civil and industrial buildings. With its frequent application becomes engaged his durability issues and possible rehabilitation and more topical. Influences affecting durability ETICS is still under investigation, as well as systematic and practical way to usable redevelopment. The main theme of this work is to summarize knowledge in ETICS issue, particularly from the viewpoint adhesive and leveling materials based on Portland cement and final finishes. The theoretical part is discussed ETICS composition, the composition of its components, technical requirements and factors affecting durability. The experimental part focuses on the redevelopment of ETICS and verification using colloidal silica for modification of construction materials, which are part of the ETICS.
THE PUBLIC CITY SPACE - LOCALITY VYŠKOV

The project includes a study of the urban redevelopment an urban public space, formerly a laundry service, in the central urban area. Conversion of this complex includes the revitalization and redevelopment of old buildings and surroundings, new buildings, open spaces for relaxing with a wide program of functions and services such as fitness, galleries, restaurants, office space, retail space, housing and loft living. The objects and surfaces are placed or created for an easy living for visitors and movement of pedestrians. An important part of the project is to address and transform the river embankment. The study takes into account all the specificities of contemporary architecture in the historic environment.
The Design of Nedašova Lhota Landslide Securing

The thesis called The Design of Nedašova Lhota Landslide Securing concentrates on the basic analysis of the problems connected with landslides and safety factors needed for the slopes stability. At the same time it presents a concrete solution to the given practical task, where the slope stability, the causes leading to the landslide and the subsequent redevelopment in view of financial requirements are discussed.
Impact analysis of renovation on the normal price of a single-family house in Kyjov

The subject of this master thesis is detection how the redevelopment and refurbishment affect regular price of family house. For valuation I chose the building in which I grew up so I know it very good. The family house is located in small south-moravian town Kyjov, in district Nětčice. The family house has a basement and two upper floors. Constructions were completed in 1962. Since 1976 many quite expensive redevelopment and refurbishment have been done. For property valuation is used method of direct comparison with the use of database of similar family houses in Kyjov and also cost method according to law number 441/2013 Sb. Valuation is done in two versions – for building in original condition (in 1985) and in current condition. All at once a couple of variants of redevelopment, which are common nowadays, and for one variant is made the itemized budget. Result of this master thesis should be detection if it is better to buy house after redevelopment and refurbishment or house in original condition and make these structural modifications until then.
